Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Fluffy pancakes dotted with melted chocolate chips. One more, please!

Makes 16 pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup low fat milk
1 cup Lilly Sour Cream (original)
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2. In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, milk, Lilly sour cream and vanilla.
3. Heat griddle or nonstick skillet over medium heat, about 4 minutes.
4. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix with a spatula just until combined. Batter will be thick.
5. Spray the hot griddle with nonstick spray. Pour batter onto griddle, about 1/4 measuring cup per pancake. Sprinkle tops of pancakes with chocolate chips.
6. Cook pancakes about 2 minutes over medium heat, until bottoms appears set. It’s important not to cook these over too-high heat, or the chocolate chips will burn.
7. Flip with a spatula and cook 2 more minutes on the second side, until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
