Salmon “Mousse” Appetizer

A delightful appetizer, appropriate for any occasion. Very easy to make!

Makes 10 appetizers

Ingredients
1 (7oz) can boneless, skinless salmon, well-drained
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup Light Lilly Sour Cream
1 teaspoon dijon mustard

Directions
Place all ingredients in the food processor bowl and process until smooth. Place in a decorating bag and pipe onto crackers, or serve on a platter garnished with fresh vegetables.
