Sour Cream Microwave Brownie

Thanks to the addition of Lilly Sour Cream, this quick microwave brownie is extra gooey and delicious. It’s the perfect Valentine’s Day dessert – or even breakfast.

Makes 1 brownie

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup light Lilly Sour Cream

Spray a single-serve ramekin with nonstick spray. In a small bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, sugar and baking powder. Add Lilly Sour Cream and mix until combined. Batter will be thick. Transfer mixture to ramekin using a spatula. Microwave 50-60 seconds on high, until set but soft. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying.
