Baked Meatballs

Flavorful baked meatballs. Adding Lilly Sour Cream to the mixture makes them extra juicy.

Makes 20 meatballs

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
4 tablespoons light Lilly sour cream
1 shallot, diced
1 small jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions
In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients with your hands. From into 20 (1oz) balls. Place on a parchment-paper-lined baking pan. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.
