Smoked Salmon Sandwich

Sometimes, it’s the simple things in life that make us happy. This smoked salmon sandwich is one of them. Crusty bread lightly toasted, a layer of sour cream, lots of smoked salmon, and a few veggies. Tasty, filling, and healthy.

Makes 1 sandwich

2 thick slices of a crusty bread, lightly toasted
2 tablespoons Lilly Sour Cream
2oz smoked salmon
A few lettuce leaves (Romaine works well)
A few thin sliced red onion
1 tablespoon capers

Easy! Spread the sour cream on one of the bread slices. Top with smoked salmon, lettuce, red onion slices and a few capers. Top with the second bread slice and lightly press. Enjoy!
