Baked Chicken Breasts with Sour Cream Sauce

A simple enough dinner to make on weeknights, but nonetheless, delicious!

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients
2 (8oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup LILLY SOUR CREAM
1/4 cup spicy mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions
1. Heat grill or grill pan on high. Pat dry the chicken breasts and rub with a mixture of the olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano, on both sides. Grill 3 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

2. While chicken is grilling, mix together the sour cream, mustard and oregano.

3. Remove chicken from grill. Drizzle with the sauce, and serve.
