Banana Oatmeal

Oatmeal is possibly the world’s best breakfast – quick, easy, nutritious and filling. In our version, LILLY Sour Cream adds wonderful creaminess to a banana-cinnamon flavored oatmeal.

Makes 1 serving

1/2 cup dry old-fashioned oats
1 cup whole milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons LILLY Sour Cream
1 tablespoon honey
1 medium banana, sliced

1. In a small saucepan, add the oats, milk and cinnamon. Bring to a boil over high heat.

2. Lower heat to medium and cook, stirring often, to desired consistency, 3-5 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and stir in LILLY Sour Cream and honey. Top with banana slices. Enjoy immediately.
